Ganoderma Dosage – SereniGy Products
It is very typical for people to ask questions about ganoderma like it is conventional medicine. They are curious as to how much to take, does it counteract medications, what are the side effects, and how long will it be until they notice the effects.
These are the questions of a society conditioned by conventional medicine and doctors whose primary method in dealing with patients is prescribing drugs. Ganoderma is NOT a drug, and should not be considered as such when dealing with the above questions.
Guidelines For Taking Ganoderma
Ganoderma (Reishi) products will recommend different dosage guidelines, depending on the quality and purity of their product and the amount of ganoderma. However, these recommendations are only guidelines, as the dosage required will largely depend on the individual.
Take the following into consideration when determining your dosage of SereniGy ganoderma, particularly our supplement line.
Ganoderma Is NOT A Drug!
First of all, ganoderma (reishi) is well known as an herb and food. It’s a naturally occurring plant in nature and has no chemicals or other toxic agents. It is formulated to help the body heal the root of underlying health issues, and is not formulated to cover up the symptoms so you can continue to damage your body unknowingly due to lack of feedback from the pain mechanism.
As a result of this, reishi is not formulated to work instantly like a drug, or cover up the symptoms like a drug. It is meant to naturally allow your body to heal itself, and with that you may experience immediate satisfaction, but you shouldn’t expect it. In taking any SereniGy products, you should allow at least 90 days of continuous use (as directed on the label for daily dosage) to fully evaluate the benefits.
Having said that, most people will typically experience benefits in 7 to 10 days.
Ganoderma Is Non-Toxic
It’s also important to note that ganoderma is non-toxic. Again, it is an herbal food product, and contains no other agents that would render it toxic. It also has been shown by thousands of years of history and research to have no contraindications to medicine, like other conventional prescriptions. It often helps the medication work better, so if this can create an issue, you need to be aware of that.
Side Effects Explained
Ganoderma has also been researched and shown to create no negative side effects, even with large dosages.
However, what does need to be understood is that due to it’s strong detoxifying effect, this herb can create constructive side effects due to detoxification. Most people will determine that these are negative side effects, or that they are allergic to this medicinal mushroom, when in fact the herb is facilitating a detoxification process to get those toxins out of your body, which is critical in your quality and quantity of life.
Common detox symptoms can be found here, and note that a skin irritation or rash is also a sign of toxins leaving through the skin.
Guidelines for Dosage
On the SereniGy supplements you will find dosage recommendations you can use. However, keep in mind that dosage recommendations are a guideline and very generic due to the fact that every individual has their own personal health history. Ganoderma is healing to the body, but the amount you require to notice that effect may be different than your neighbour.
A safe guideline is to start at the recommended dosage, and note how you feel during the first few minutes, hours, days, and weeks of continuous use. Pay attention to EVERYTHING, and don’t discount the power of this powerful herb.
If you feel really good, then that dosage may be appropriate. If you feel bad, chances are you are detoxing and if you can handle the discomfort, try to move forward at that same dosage as you are removing toxins that don’t belong in a healthy body. If you feel nothing, you can choose to stay at that dosage and take it a week at a time and adjust higher if you feel necessary. Always remember to give it some time, no fewer than 90 days, to do it’s work.
When it comes to the beverages, if you are looking for a “medicinal” dosage, consume a minimum of 1 a day, up to as many as feels good to you. Since ganoderma has been shown to be non-toxic, the only thing you need to watch is the detoxification symptoms and your body will let you know when that is occurring through flu like symptoms.
