“If something looks too good, it probably is”.  Although this analogy has been used to caution unwitting people from becoming a “victim”, it has also inhibited people from recognizing a true gem when they see it. Ganoderma (Reishi) is a good example of that, and after 2000 years of use and research, people are still trying to uncover something other than the miraculous data that has already been uprooted and proven.  Truth is, there are “side effects” to ganoderma, but the ability to understand and recognize constructive side effects, as opposed to negative side effects, is where true understanding takes place.

The Difference Between “Constructive” and “Destructive” Side Effects

Like anything you ingest or absorb through your skin, there is either net positive effect for your health, or net negative effect.  The distinction between these two things is paramount when contemplating potential side effects of ANYTHING.

A constructive side effect is one that can be managed, and is not life threatening, that heals the body. No person who has accumulated toxins in their body can get rid of them without some type of healing crisis or reaction that dispels the foreign material from your body through any one of the detoxification pathways (skin, mouth, and bowel being the main ones).

Although this may create some pain or discomfort for some people who start to eliminate toxins, it is necessary IF you truly want to achieve good to optimal health.  Good health comes from eliminating and keeping toxins and foreign invaders out of the body so that the root issue can be solved and not simply covered up as it will eventually cause pain and death later.

A destructive side effect is one that does nothing to heal the individual, covers up symptoms, and keeps the person unhealthy. These side effects often come from products that are used to quickly alleviate pain or suffering, at the expense of eliminating the real issue at hand.

Ganoderma side effects are constructive, whereas typical medications are mostly destructive.

Watch this video closely from 1:10 to 2:10, and see if you notice any side effects from a drug that does nothing to alleviate the root cause of your problem.

Ganoderma Side Effects And Why They Are Constructive

People can experience all different types of ganoderma (reishi) side effects depending on how it manifests symptoms in your particular body, but the constructive action is always the same in terms of what it is doing in your body.

Some typical side effects are as follows:

  • General muscle aches and pains
  • Stomach upset
  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Excessive sweating
  • Skin irritation and rashes
  • Headaches

Each one of these side effects are your body’s attempt to remove toxins and eliminate foreign invaders by expulsion through the mouth, bowel, and skin.  In that process, this can create varying levels of discomfort as toxins work their way out of your body through the various channels. The more toxins you have accumulated, the more work required through your ganoderma intake.

However, rest assured when you release these toxins you will feel “lighter” and “clear headed” as your body starts to evolve and take on a new “skin” and energy.  This is what health looks and feels like, and ganoderma can guide you through the light at the end of that tunnel.

So know the risks and your options when it comes to researching side effects and those related to ganoderma.  Only then can you make an informed decision.
