Leadership
The SereniGy leadership begins with CEO and Founder, Mr. Jay Noland. Mr. Noland began his career in network marketing in 1995 and he built several massive sales organization in several different countries. He is known throughout the industry as a master trainer, motivational speaker, and respected business man. He has now added a significant piece to his desire for true success, and that is SereniGy and the ability for our products to provide health and opportunity to people all over the world.
Mr. Noland has gathered some of the sharpest and passionate people for his Executive. From our VP of Product Research and Development, Dr. Kent Bartell, all the way to our VP of Marketing, Mr. Dwight Drane, no piece was missed in assembling a group of people with the right skills and passion to make SereniGy one of the most admired network marketing companies in the world.

Vision
SereniGy was created on the words of serenity, energy, and integrity and incorporating 100% certified organic ganoderma into our products to help people across the globe take care of their 3 most important assets in life – health, wealth, and freedom. With the products and opportunity, we extend this invitation to those who want to achieve these vitally important assets.
Our products have the ability to truly make a difference in each persons life through an incredibly simple habit of coffee and tea. The simplicity of adding 100% certified organic ganoderma to these products, combined with the health and coffee and tea industries, creates a product line that will create a health movement never seen before.
Within that product line, those who have the passion, motivation, and skills will want to look closely at the SereniGy healthy coffee business and determine how they could participate in our goal to reach 1% of the coffee and tea market which translates to a $30 billion/year company on a global basis.
We are currently in the phase of developing our core leadership, and I welcome you to be a part of something truly special as we develop one of the most admired networking marketing companies in the world.
On the social responsibility side, we also have our own non-profit organization named the SereniGy Global Foundation, Inc. A portion of all the company sales goes towards our very own Orphanage School in Kenya, Africa that currently has over 300 children. As we grow more and more programs will be added to the SereniGy Global Foundation such as relief for battered women & children programs, homeless programs, and animal abuse programs to name a few.
Products
We currently has 22 products available, 13 of them beverages (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, shakes), 8 are supplements (including 1 for pets), and 1 is specialty.
21 of the 22 products contain 100% certified organic ganoderma, the genius and remarkable health component in our products. Ganoderma is what allows you to turns your 21 inch monochrome black and white “life experience” into into a 61 inch HD full colour life experience that you will make you immediately wonder why you ever lived the way you did before. The expanding product line combines simplicity of use, flavour, and health to create an experience that is extremely easy to accommodate, and fits seamlessly into your daily routine. After all, if you are going to get healthy, you don’t want to dread it every single day. SereniGy takes that factor completely out of the equation.

Training
SereniGy recognizes the importance of fundamental training in network marketing, and specifically with our products, and aim to provide it in as many formats as possible to make it available to each and every distributor.
Our training summits are typically scheduled 2 times a year and pack in the essentials to ensure you walk away with a good grip on your business and a frame of mind that you can succeed and thrive with the right determination and passion.
The next training summit is in Las Vegas, Nevada on January 18-19, 2013.
We also offer regional trainings throughout the year so that you can potentially access them from a shorter distance.
For those of you who can’t make the training summits or regional trainings, you can count on SereniGy XP as a reasonable facsimile to get trained directly by the CEO of the company in the comfort of your own home. That, and the conference calls every week day that target business fundamentals and personal development.
